Library setup and configuration: MSDN offers unlimited, no-charge support for assistance with setup and configuration of the MSDN™ Library CD only, please call (425) 635-7033, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Pacific time).

Professional subscribers receive two Priority Developer Support incidents for software shipped as part of the Development Platform.

Universal subscribers receive two Priority Developer Support incidents for Development Platform software, plus two incidents for BackOffice Test Platform and/or Visual tools setup and configuration.
To use the Priority Support pack included with your subscription, call (800) 936-5800, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You must have your subscription number ready when you call. (This number can be found on your MSDN subscription card.)
