Creates a cross-tab query for displaying the results of a query in a spreadsheet format.

To run the Cross-Tab Wizard

  1. From the Wizards submenu on the Tools menu, choose Query.

  2. In the Wizard Selection dialog box, choose Cross-Tab Wizard.

Wizard Steps

Step 1 - Select Fields
Step 2 - Define Layout
Step 3 - Add Summary Information
Step 4 - Finish

After you save the cross-tab query, you can open and modify it later like any other query in the Query Designer.
