MORE INFORMATIONTo scan an image into Microsoft Access, both a scanner and scanning software are required. The following is a list of scanners that are currently supported by all versions of Microsoft Windows:

If the software that comes with the scanner saves the image in a format that a Windows graphics program can recognize, Microsoft Access can display the image. The following is a list of graphics software packages and their currently supported formats in Microsoft Windows (all versions):
