SYMPTOMSNovice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers. You can use the Output To command in Microsoft Access to save the output of a table, a query, a form, a report, or a module in one of the following file formats:
RESOLUTIONTo work around this behavior, base the report on a query that limits the report's output to the records you want. For example, use a query that limits the records in the report to the top 10 records.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen you choose Output To from the File menu, the All and Selection buttons are unavailable (appear dimmed) because Microsoft Access does not support specifying a range for the output.
