Moderate: Requires basic macro, coding, and interoperability skills.

CAUSE

The default printer's orientation is set to landscape, and the paper size is set to legal (8.5 by 11 inches).

RESOLUTION

Change the printer settings so that the paper size is not set to legal or so that the orientation is not set to landscape.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access version 2.0. This behavior no longer occurs in Microsoft Access version 7.0.
