SUMMARYToolbars, menu bars, and shortcut menus enable you to organize the commands in Microsoft Access the way that you want so that you can find and use the commands quickly. In earlier versions of Microsoft Access, toolbars only contained buttons. In Microsoft Access 97, toolbars can now contain buttons, menus, or a combination of both. This means that menu bars and shortcut menus are just different types of toolbars in Microsoft Access 97; therefore, you can customize all three in the same way. By using the Command Bar Wizard, you can create a toolbar that contains any button or menu you want.
