SYMPTOMS

Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.

In Microsoft Access 97, when you press the SHIFT+F1 keys to display help for an object in the toolbox, all undocked toolbars are hidden until you close the Help topic.

Also, if you click the Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Start button while a toolbar is undocked, the undocked toolbar disappears until Microsoft Access becomes the active application again.
