SYMPTOMSWhen you try to run Cue Cards from a workstation set up for a network installation of Microsoft Access, you receive the following error message:
Cue Cards Couldn't Be Started Because of Incomplete Setup. CAUSEMicrosoft Access has been set up to run from a network drive and the path used to execute MSACCESS.EXE uses the universal naming convention (UNC).
RESOLUTIONFor Cue Cards to run on a workstation, the path used to execute MSACCESS.EXE from Program Manager must use the complete conventional path, including the drive letter. To correct this problem, use the following steps:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access versions 1.0 and 1.1. This problem no longer occurs in Microsoft Access version 2.0.
