The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you change your password by choosing Password from the Security menu, the Verify text box is not case sensitive. However, the Password dialog box is case sensitive. The next time you start Microsoft Access, the password you type must exactly match the new password you entered previously.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access version 1.0. This problem no longer occurs in Microsoft Access version 1.1.
