  • Microsoft Windows NT Server versions 3.5, 3.51, and 4.0

Internet Explorer (IE) version 2.0 for Windows NT has a fix that checks which country code/language is used on the Windows NT system on which IE is installed. IE checks for the country code/language during the secure Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTPS) initialization phase.

This fix applies to the U.S. and all international versions of IE 2.0.
