CAUSE

You may receive the above error message when you add a chart sheet to a workbook if you do not have a default printer selected in the Printers dialog box in Windows Control Panel.

   1. From the File menu, choose Print Preview.

You receive the following error message:

Current printer is unavailable. Select another printer.

   2. Choose the OK button. In the Printer Setup dialog box that appears,
from the Printer list, select a printer to be your default printer,
      and choose OK.

   3. Choose Close to exit print preview.

   -or-

   In Microsoft Windows Program Manager
   ------------------------------------

   1. From the Main Group in Program Manager, double-click Control Panel.

   2. From Control Panel, select the Printers icon.

   3. In the Printers dialog box, select a printer from the list of
installed printers and then select the Set As Default Printer option.

   4. Choose the Close button to accept the change.

If there are no installed printers listed, consult your Microsoft Windows manual for information on installing the appropriate printer driver for your printer.
