SUMMARY

Data Analysis tools such as Anova, Fourier Analysis, Histogram, and Ttest, operate by using data from a single worksheet. Therefore, if sheets of a workbook are grouped (multiple sheet selection) the selected Data Analysis tool uses only data from the active sheet.

MORE INFORMATION

You can send the resulting data to a worksheet range, new worksheet, or new workbook. If you choose to send the new data to a new worksheet or new workbook and you are in group edit mode, the resulting data may create a blank worksheet with formatted cells (similar to a template). The active sheet will have the data in a formatted table while the subsequent sheets have only a formatted, empty table.

Because the Data Analysis function can be performed only on one active sheet at a time, the resulting data will appear on one sheet only. No data will appear on subsequent created sheets.
