The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you install Microsoft Office for Windows 95, the Setup program does not automatically create a file type (or association) for Microsoft Query (.qry) files. Therefore, when you double-click a .qry file to open it, you will be prompted to select the application to use for opening the file.
WORKAROUNDTo open .qry files in Microsoft Query by double-clicking them, do the following:
