SUMMARYDouble-line borders in spreadsheets created in Microsoft Excel for Windows do not preview or print properly on Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet printers if you enable gridlines to print. The double-line borders fall on the edge of the printable area, preventing them from being printed.
WORKAROUNDTurn off the gridlines to prevent them from being printed. Listed below are the ways to turn off gridlines and apply borders for the given version of Microsoft Excel. The borders are used instead of gridlines.
