SYMPTOMSWhen you view GL Account Totals in the Profitability Analysis workbook, the x-axis labels are missing or appear to be clipped on the chart.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when you do the following:
WORKAROUNDTo display the axis labels on the chart, use the following steps:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This problem has been fixed in the updated versions of the Quickbooks driver and Msapp.dll. The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Software Library:
