SYMPTOMSIf you change the Caption property of a UserForm from the Properties window, the UserForm may flash or flicker.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel 97 for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATIONA caption is descriptive text that appears directly on or around a control. The following controls have the Caption property: UserForm, CheckBox, CommandButton, Frame, Label, OptionButton, and ToggleButton. The Page and Tab objects that are part of the MultiPage and TabStrip controls also have the Caption property. NOTE: The caption of a UserForm is the text that appears in the title bar of the UserForm.
