The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you use the Microsoft Office Setup program to add or remove a Microsoft Excel add-in, any custom toolbars that you created may be deleted.
CAUSEThis problem occurs if you use Office Setup to add or remove any of the following add-ins:
Analysis ToolPak AutoSave Conditional Sum Wizard File Conversion Wizard Lookup Wizard Report Manager Solver Template Wizard with Data Tracking STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office for Windows, Service Release 1.
