SYMPTOMSWhen you click a cell, and then press Control, Microsoft Excel may lose focus, and the shortcut menu may not be displayed.
CAUSEThis behavior occurs if all of the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior in Microsoft Excel, disable the Contextual Menu Enabler extension, and then restart the computer.
MORE INFORMATIONInternet Address Detectors installs an extension called Contextual Menu Enabler that intercepts the CONTROL+CLICK combination and causes the active program to copy the currently selected text to the Clipboard. Clipboard then passes this data to the Contextual Menu Manager.
