SYMPTOMSIn the versions of Microsoft Excel that are listed at the beginning of this article, you may not be able to move a line or arrow drawing object to the top or to the far left side of a worksheet. Instead, You can move the object to a location that is several rows from the top or one or more columns from the left side of the worksheet. You cannot move the object any closer to the top or left edge.
CAUSEThis problem may occur if you have used the Free Rotate tool on the Drawing toolbar to rotate the line or arrow.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, do either of the following:
