SYMPTOMSIf you use the File Conversion Wizard after modifying a workbook, the changes you have just made may be lost.
CAUSEThis issue will occur when the following are true:
WORKAROUNDTo prevent this issue from occurring, ensure that you save all open workbooks before running the File Conversion Wizard.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
