The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you use the keyboard shortcut, COMMAND+V, to view a sample chart in step 1 of the Chart Wizard, a sample of the chart does not appear.
CAUSEWhen you press COMMAND+V, the focus in the dialog box is moved to the "Press and hold to view sample" button. You must then press and hold COMMAND+V to view the sample chart.
RESOLUTIONTo use your keyboard to view a sample chart in step 1 of the Chart Wizard, follow these steps:
