SUMMARYYou can select cells using the keyboard, instead of the mouse, in Microsoft Excel. The following keystrokes will change the cell selection:
Key Combination Action --------------- ------ TAB Selects cell to right of active cell SHIFT+TAB Selects cell to left of active cell RETURN Selects cell below the active cell SHIFT+RETURN Selects cell above active cellIf a range of cells is selected, you can use the OPTION key in combination with any of the above key combinations to move the entire selection in the same direction as above. For example, if cells A1:B5 are selected, you can select cells C1:D5 by pressing OPTION+TAB.
