SUMMARYIf a Microsoft Excel chart is printed with the Fit To Page option selected in Page Setup, the program scales the chart to fit the page using the edges of the chart as the boundaries. Excel expands the chart until one of these edges reaches the margins of the page. Excel does not take into account any unattached text that is past the edge of the chart. Therefore, when the chart is printed, the unattached text outside the margins will not appear on the page.
