When column width is limited, you may need to format standard time without the AM/PM. When you use this format, the =NOW function macro rolls into military time after 12:00 (for example, 13:00). To work around this problem, substitute the following for the =NOW macro:
=IF(HOUR(NOW())<13,NOW(),NOW()-TIME(12,0,0))When the clock rolls from 12:59 to 13:00, the =IF macro subtracts 12 hours, leaving the time of 1:00.
