SUMMARYWhen a record is deleted from a dBASE file, it is not removed from the file, but rather flagged not to be used. If you have quite a large file, removing all of the deleted records decreases the size of the file. To remove the deleted records from a file, do the following:
Make sure that the original .DBF file is open and that the undeleted records are showing when you save the results.
