SUMMARY

If First Aid Software's VirusGuard INIT is present when Microsoft Excel version 2.20 is started, Excel may unexpectedly quit, or a System bomb may occur.

This problem occurs because of an incompatibility between Excel 2.20 and an earlier version of VirusGuard. If VirusGuard is turned off in the Control Panel, Excel will start normally.

This problem has been addressed in an updated version of VirusGuard. Contact First Aid Software at (617) 783-7118 for update information.
