SUMMARYAfter saving and reopening a chart in Microsoft Excel, regardless of prior position, any arrows on the chart will move to the front. This is because arrows are always drawn last when a chart is opened. Thus, arrows may be drawn through text when a chart is opened, even though the text covers the arrows when the chart is closed.
