SUMMARY

When setting a noncontiguous selection as a print area, the order in which the area was selected is the order in which it prints. For example:

  1. Select cells C1:D10.
2. Hold down the COMMAND key and select A1:B10. 3. From the Options menu, choose Set Print Area.

When Print is chosen, cells C1:D10 will print on the first page and cells A1:B10 will print on the second page.
