Printed Notes Are Based on Normal Style in ExcelLast reviewed: November 4, 1994Article ID: Q73284 |
The information in this article applies to:
SUMMARYIn Microsoft Excel, to change the font in which your notes are printed, you must change the font that is assigned to the Normal style to the preferred font. Change the Normal style and print your notes as follows:
Microsoft Excel version 5.0
Microsoft Excel versions 3.0 and 4.0
MORE INFORMATIONChanges to style options other than the font selection will not be reflected when you print notes. For example, if you set a pattern, select a specific number format, and/or add a border, your printed notes will not reflect these style changes. Be aware that when you make changes to the Normal style, it may change your cell fonts and size throughout your entire file. It is always beneficial to make a backup copy of the file with which you are working so that no previous formatting can be lost when you change the Normal style.
