Page 14 of the "Microsoft Excel Quick Reference" version 3.0 guide lists incorrect keyboard commands for applying formatting to cells. The correct keystrokes are as follows:

   Apply currency format with two          COMMAND+OPTION+$
      decimal places                       (COMMAND+OPTION+SHIFT+4)

   Apply percentage format with no         COMMAND+OPTION+%
