Summary:
If rows or columns which underly a graphic object on a worksheet get deleted, that object might be resized such that it appears as a straight line or a point. To prevent this from happening:
Every graphic object has a setting which determines if it is moved and/or sized with the cells beneath it. If a graphic object is sized with the cells beneath it, deleting those cells causes the object to collapse to a straight line or a point. To Delete a Graphic Object:
