SUMMARYIn Microsoft Excel, graphic objects can be proportionally resized by holding down the SHIFT key while dragging a corner handle; however, this does not apply to freehand drawing objects.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen dragging a corner handle of a fixed drawing object such as a rectangle or oval, the object can be resized with the same proportions as the original by holding down the SHIFT key. Holding the SHIFT key has no effect on a freehand drawing object such as a polygon or freehand line. To proportionally resize a freehand drawing object:
