SUMMARYWhen you extract records from a remote database with the Data Access macro, if one of the conditions of the criteria contains a date value, you may receive the following error message
CL1 Error: <code number> function with arguments of type 'date' and 'integer'where <code number> in the message represents a code number that will vary.
MORE INFORMATIONIf the criteria range is defined in cells A1:A2, where the field name is in A1 and the comparison value is in A2, you will receive the Data Access macro error message if you enter a date comparison such as:
<1/1/92To work around this problem, insert single or double quotation marks around the date string as in the following examples:
<'1/1/92' or <"1/1/92" |
