The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSIf you are using Microsoft Excel for Windows with the generic PostScript printer driver, you will not be able to change the page orientation with the Page Setup command. To change page orientation you must use Printer Setup. This problem occurs with the following printer drivers:
WORKAROUNDTo change the page orientation with the Page Setup command, select another PostScript printer driver such as Apple Laserwriter II NTX or the NEC silentwriter II.
