The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSLong Microsoft Exchange mail messages automatically create a scroll bar on the right side of the window pane. When you move the scroll box (also called the scroll thumb)to the bottom, the message will scroll up allowing you to view the bottom of the message. When you reach the bottom of the message, you can click the down arrow scroll button and you will continue to scroll past the end of the text of the message.
