XADM: Service Account Can Log In to any Mailbox

SUMMARY

When you are logged in to a Microsoft Exchange Client as the Microsoft Exchange Service Account, you will be able to open any mailbox to read or send mail.

This is by design. By default, every mailbox inherits the Microsoft Exchange Service Account that is given Service Account Admin permissions. One of the rights for Service Account Admin is Mailbox Owner.
