XCLN: Routing Does Not Work on Windows NT From MS Excel 5.0

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Routing command, added by Microsoft Exchange Electronic Forms Designer (EFD) 1.0, with Microsoft Excel for Windows NT, you might receive the following error:

   Could not execute the E-FORM Browser (MEFBROWSE) which should be in the
   Windows directory. The file may be missing or there may be insufficient
   memory to open an additional form.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange version 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
