SYMPTOMS

There is a duplicate accelerator key in the E-Mail Domain dialog that is accessed from the Internet Mail tab of the Internet Mail Connector property page in the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program. The E-Mail Domain listbox and the Move Down button are both shown with a accelerator key of D.

RESOLUTION

If the listbox is not the center of focus, then the accelerator key D should normally bring the focus back to the listbox. However, this function does not work consistently. For best results, bring the listbox back into focus using the tab key or the mouse. Once the list box is in focus, the ALT-D Key will move down the list. If the listbox is in focus and the bottom-level domain is highlighted in the E-Mail Domain listbox, using the ALT-D key combination has no effect.
