XCLN: Cannot Print Messages Linked as Icon

SYMPTOMS

When you print the attachments of a mail message from Microsoft Exchange Windows clients, any attachments that are defined as linked messages will not print. To print the actual attachment, double-click the attached message to open it, then choose file print.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange version 4.0 Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and Windows NT clients. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
