SUMMARYThis article explains how to set up a Microsoft Exchange mailbox so that it can receive messages but cannot send any mail.
MORE INFORMATIONIn the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program follow the steps below.
Now when the user tries to send a message, the following message will be displayed:
The item could not be sent. You have exceeded the storage limit on your mailbox. Delete some mail from your mailbox or contact your system administrator to adjust your storage limit.If the Information Store storage limit is not set, the user will still not be able to send mail. However, the user will not receive any errors when sending the message. The mail will simply remain in the users Outbox.
