XADM: Public Folder Empty After Copying From Favorites

SYMPTOMS

When you move a Microsoft Exchange Public Folder from the Favorites Store to a Public Folder Store, it will be emptied. This does not happen when you move it from one Public Folder Store to another.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange Server U.S. Service Pack.
