XADM: Opening Property Page of Public IS Takes a Long Time

SYMPTOMS

It can take a very long time to bring up the properties page of the Public Information Store in the Microsoft Exchange Administrator program when there are a lot of public folders.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange Server U.S. Service Pack.
