XCLN: Error When Receiving Schedule+ Confirmation Message

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Exchange Server with Microsoft Mail and the Microsoft Mail Interchange Connector (MSMI), an invalid error message might appear when you receive meeting confirmations or denials from a user on another Microsoft Mail Postoffice located on the other side of the MSMI. At the top of the confirmation or denial message, the following error message will appear:

   You are not this person's assistant.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange Service Pack. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
