XADM: Delivery Restrictions don't work with Custom Recipients

SYMPTOMS

As a Microsoft Exchange administrator, you can restrict the delivery of messages to selected users by using the Delivery Restrictions tab on the Properties page of that user. However, if a custom recipient is selected in the Accept Messages From or Reject Messages From listboxes, it will be ignored.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 4.0 of Microsoft Exchange. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
