XCLN: SP2 NT Client Adds WORD Tab to Options

The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

When you install the Microsoft Exchange Service Pack 2 Windows NT client, version 4.0.993.0, you might receive an extra Tab selection titled WORD when you choose Options from the Tools menu.

There is also no Help topic attached to the Help button. When you click Help, the following message box is displayed:

   The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for updated
   help file. (129)

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 4.0 of Microsoft Exchange. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
