SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to create a new profile using the Chinese version of the Microsoft Exchange client for Windows NT, the Name edit line displayed on the screen will not be the same as what you entered with the keyboard.
CAUSEThis is because the default font for Windows NT version 4.0 is incorrect.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange Service Pack. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
