SYMPTOMSWhen the Information Store becomes corrupted, you may see the following symptoms:
CAUSEThe internal pages of the table are corrupted. You may or may not be able to find the exact cause of this corruption.
WORKAROUNDThere is no workaround. It is recommended that you run a full restore of your Information Store. As a last resort, you could use a newer version of EDBUTIL to repair the corruption.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange 4.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
