XCLN: Post Note Appears Instead of Compose Note

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to compose a new mail message using Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0 Active Server Component, a post note appears instead of the compose note. This may occur after you post to a public folder and then attempt to compose a new message.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.0. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5 and in the latest Microsoft Exchange 5.0 Server U.S. Service Pack.
