SYMPTOMSWhen you exit a Fortran QuickWin application, mouse event callbacks continue to function for that application.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATIONBuild and run the following sample code. When asked to exit the program, choose No. Pressing the left mouse button in the graphics window yields the message, "Inside MouseEvent Handler." This behavior is erroneous because QuickWin event callbacks should become inactive after the application has terminated.
