Arrow Keys Selecting Entire Field in Browse Window

In FoxPro for Windows, when you use the arrow keys to move into a new field in a Browse window, the entire field is selected. When you are in a selected field, pressing the HOME key places the cursor at the beginning of the field, and pressing the END key places the cursor at the end of the field.

Once the cursor is visible (that is, the field is no longer selected), you can use the LEFT ARROW and RIGHT ARROW keys to move the cursor character by character within the field. If you move past the beginning or end of the field, the next field will become current and selected.

Pressing the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys moves from record to record in a single column, always selecting the entire field as the record pointer advances. (Of course, you can use the mouse at any time to place the cursor exactly where you want.)
